Driven to excel through constant iteration.

I'm a games producer with a strong foundation in design. I graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Staffordshire, where I built a fully 3D space based Real Time Strategy prototype - complete with my own spatial hashing and pathfinding systems I built from the ground up. I also led a 25-person team to deliver a 3rd person shooter, coordinating interdisciplinary work under tight deadlines.

HIGHLIGHT PROJECTS

I have a group project and a solo project I would like to highlight. The City Below is a group project in which I managed a team of 25 people as the producer to create a 3rd person shooter. I had a hand in all areas of the project from conceptualisation to planning and problem solving and then to delivering. I feel as though it adequately shows my capability in the role as the producer.

System Anomaly is an RTS prototype and is the most up to date project that reflects my abilities in Engine as a designer. From creating bespoke spatial hashing and pathfinding systems to data driven combat and unit movement, this project is a good representation of my abilities working within the Unreal Engine.

The City Below is a 3rd person shooter, made by a team of over 20 people. I was the team's producer and oversaw all areas of development. The project features multiple enemy bosses, 4 levels and character upgrades & progression.

Working on projects as part of a team has helped me to grow my skillset, from interdisciplinary communication, to understanding timelines for different departments and iterating. These are the projects have have helped foster those skills.

Prepare to Dine is a first person shooter where players hunt ingredients to collect them for recipes. I worked as a junior designer and helped out on VFX. This was a group project with a team of 20 people.

Galaxy Creator

Galaxy Creator is a project made in C++, it uses a custom logarithmic spiral formula to create fully unqiue galaxy formations at runtime. Complete with bespoke planet and star materials created from scratch, you will see throughout the website.

Terminal Velocity

Terminal Velocity is a puzzle game where players must repair their space station. I helped conceptualise and plan the project as well as helped out with the Games Design Document.
